Welcome to YesMeta.com. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of YesMeta's website, SEO analysis tools, meta-tag extractors, and any other products, features, or services we offer (collectively, the "Service").

1. Use of Our Tools

Our tools are provided for diagnostic and informational purposes only. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized activities. You are responsible for ensuring that all URLs, domains, and content you submit to our tools belong to you or that you have explicit written permission to scan and analyze them.

Prohibited Actions

Automated scraping, bulk crawling, or scripted use of our tools against YesMeta.com itself or against third-party websites without their consent.
Attempting to bypass or probe authentication, rate limits, or security controls.
Using our tools to harvest data for spam, phishing, malware distribution, or other malicious intent.
Reselling, renting, leasing, or white-labeling our free services to third parties without a written commercial agreement.
Submitting content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or the privacy rights of others.

2. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account with YesMeta, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it promptly. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, share credentials, or cause harm to the Service or other users.

3. Payments, Subscriptions, Cancellations & Refunds

Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor (Polar). By subscribing, you authorize Polar to charge your chosen payment method. Billing is non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy (each of which is incorporated by reference). Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid term ("end of term") — you continue to have Premium access until then. No partial-period credits or pro-rated refunds are issued for standard cancellations. Immediate downgrades or full/partial refunds outside the standard refund window are handled case-by-case via support.

4. Acceptable Use of the Service

You may use the Service in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Without limiting that policy, you agree not to: (a) use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Service; (c) reverse-engineer any component of the Service; or (d) use the Service to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam).

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, tool outputs, source code, visual designs, and compilation of data on YesMeta.com are the intellectual property of YesMeta or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of our website or Service without our prior written permission. Input data (URLs, domains) you submit remain yours; by submitting them, you grant us a limited license to process them solely to deliver the Service.

6. User-Generated Content (UGC)

Where the Service permits you to upload, store, or share content (for example, saved scan history, subscriber contact information, or support tickets), you retain ownership but grant YesMeta a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to host, process, display, and transmit that content solely to operate, improve, and protect the Service. You are solely responsible for the legality of content you submit.

7. Service Availability & Disclaimers

YesMeta.com is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. All implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. SEO Analysis — No Guarantee

Important: Our SEO audit, meta-tag extraction, redirect check, security-headers scanner, and other analysis tools surface information that third parties (such as Google, Bing, or other search engines) may consider when evaluating a web page. However, YesMeta does not guarantee any specific ranking, indexing status, traffic result, or performance outcome from any suggestion, score, or observation we provide. Search engine algorithms are third-party systems outside our control and change frequently. Any "score" or recommendation should be treated as informational guidance, not a prediction of future results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YesMeta and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or business interruption — arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) USD $100 or (b) the total fees actually paid by you to YesMeta for the affected Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service (including any account) at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud, legal requirement, or to protect the security or integrity of the Service. Upon termination, all licenses granted under these Terms cease immediately; Sections 5 (IP), 7 (Disclaimers), 9 (Liability), 11 (Governing Law), and 12 (Changes) survive termination.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of or relating to them, the Service, or your relationship with YesMeta shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The parties agree that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be the courts located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and each party irrevocably submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, regulatory, or product changes. When material changes are made, we will update the "Effective date" below and, where reasonable, notify you via email or an in-product banner. Your continued use of the Service after the updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, except as prohibited by applicable consumer-protection law.

13. Contact

Questions, notices, or complaints regarding these Terms should be directed by email to support@yesmeta.com.
