By accessing or using YesMeta you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
2. Description of services
YesMeta provides webmaster, SEO, security and site-analysis tools on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy or suitability of the outputs generated by the tools.
3. Acceptable use
You may use YesMeta only for lawful purposes and only on websites and resources that you own or have explicit permission to analyze. You agree not to use the services in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to YesMeta or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the services. Abuse of rate limits, attempts to bypass authentication or access controls, or use of the services to harvest contact details without consent will result in immediate account termination.
4. Accounts & registration
When you create an account you warrant that information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Paid / Premium tiers
Premium tier features and pricing are described on the relevant product pages at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued for partial periods. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time on reasonable notice, which will not affect billing periods already paid for.
6. Intellectual property
YesMeta, the YesMeta logo, and all product and service names used on YesMeta are trademarks of YesMeta. You may not use them without prior written permission. All other trademarks, product names and logos are the property of their respective owners.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation breach of these Terms. All provisions of the Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
